Before I ventured into photography, I spent 12 years in the classroom as a theatre teacher and director. My job back then was to create meaningful stories on a stage that truthfully reflected the lives of the characters. Now, as a photographer, my job isn't too far from that-- I still direct-- I tell you where to look, how to stand, while also helping you to authentically tell your own story.
